The Classic 62 WHEN Radio Heavy Vette in Syracuse - 1985

The 62 WHEN Heavy Vette seen here with its iconic license plate logo emblazoned across the hood. This 1962 Corvette was purchased by the station from an Ithaca, NY owner in the late seventies. It was originally painted white and soon after its purchase by the station was newly painted candy apple red at Dick Clark's Colors and Customs. The Vette replaced the station's previous promotion vehicle, "The 62 Heavy Chevy".
