I left WHEN in April of '76 after more than nine years on WHEN-TV AND AM RADIO. Previously I'd been at WNDR from 1964 to 1967 and WOLF in late '63...all after having spent three years in the U-S Army. My bio can be found at 9WSYR.com. Dave Mann was the first morning man I worked with at 62WHEN followed by "Sweet Dick" Burch...and then Phil Markert... I also anchored weekend newscasts on WHEN-TV...You'll also find an article about me in the Syracuse Press Club website...as well as an article in "55 plus" magazine... I am now the oldest broadcaster in Syracuse...If I make it to December 11, 2012, I'll be 72. Where did the time go?
