In the early 70s WHEN was known both for radio and television in Syracuse; both stations then being owned by The Meredith Corp. From the March 1971 issue of "Here's WHEN Magazine" a photo of newsman Mike Leiderman pulling double-duty as both radio and TV news reporter. In this shot Mike lingers just outside the station's studios for a sample of a very cold and snowy January day in the heart of Central New York For TV-5 viewers.
