Graffiti expert and sometimes 62 WHEN Radio GM Bob Carolin

While only conjecture, it's quite obvious that 62 WHEN General Manager Bob Carolin, in this early 1980's picture, has been working some of his graffiti magic in the dugout. Extensive testing for chalk dust on Bob's hands shortly after this charity softball game proved inconclusive. You decide.
